Gorleston Badminton Social Club Complaints Procedure

We want all members of Gorleston Badminton Social Club to enjoy a friendly and respectful environment. If something isn’t right, we encourage you to speak up so we can sort it quickly and fairly.

 

1. Raising a Complaint

If you have a concern or complaint about the Club, another member, or anything related to your experience, you can contact the Club organiser, Harry Stannard, in any of the following ways:

  • By email

  • By text or WhatsApp

  • In person at a club session

  • All complaints will be handled confidentially and with care.

 

2. What Happens Next

  • We’ll aim to respond within 7 days and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

  • Most concerns can be resolved informally through a quick conversation or clarification.

  • If needed, follow-up steps will be agreed with you to ensure the issue is fully addressed.

 

3. Serious Matters

If a complaint involves potential safeguarding concerns, discrimination, harassment, or anything that may put someone at risk, we will refer the matter to Badminton England’s Safeguarding Team:
